PROGRAM VENUES 

Unless otherwise noted, programs will be held at the Lawrence Family JCC, JACOBS FAMILY CAMPUS.

SALES 

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

REFUNDS 

There are no refunds, except in the case of a canceled or rescheduled programs or events. Processing fees are always non-refundable. 

EXCHANGES 

At least 48 hours prior to the performance, exchanges are available for $1 per ticket and can be made in person only, based on availability. Additional processing fees may apply. Please note, ticket prices vary for each performance. If you exchange for a higher-priced performance, you will need to pay the difference in price; if you exchange for a lower-priced performance, it is not refundable. Tickets may not be exchanged after the performance date. Exchange fees are waived for Pillars of Light ticket orders only. 

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY 

When you enter a Lawrence Family JCC, JACOBS FAMILY CAMPUS or SAN DIEGO CENTER FOR JEWISH CULTURE (“LFJCC”) event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. 

By entering the event premises (virtual or in-person), you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by LFJCC and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar LFJCC events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of LFJCC. You release LFJCC, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. 

By entering the event premises (virtual or in-person), you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by LFJCC or the person or entity designated to do so by LFJCC. 

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
