ANU - October Seventh Capsule Exhibition
September 5 - October 20, 2024

In partnership with the ANU - Museum of the Jewish People, the Gotthelf Art Gallery proudly presents October Seventh, an exhibition exploring Israeli cultural reactions to the ongoing war. Featuring poignant works by a diverse cohort of Israeli artists, including those tragically murdered on October 7th and residents affected by the conflict, the exhibition captures the anguish, loss, and resilience of Israeli society. Through powerful art, October Seventh reflects on the impact of war and the enduring spirit of creativity amidst adversity.

This exhibition is brought to San Diego thanks to the generous support of David and Claire Ellman and Alan and Caryn Viterbi.
