Kelsey Greenberg Young

Kelsey Greenberg Young is the Education Director for ADL San Diego. She coordinates partnerships with schools in San Diego county, supporting the implementation of the No Place for Hate® program to sustain safe and inclusive school climates. She manages a team in facilitating ADL’s A World of Difference® Institute anti-bias education programming, leading students, educators, and community members in customized, interactive trainings to recognize the harm bias inflicts on individuals and society, build understanding of the value of diversity, improve intergroup relations and confront all forms of bigotry. She is also a facilitator for ADL’s Managing Implicit Bias for Law Enforcement program, working with law enforcement professionals to minimize the challenges related to implicit bias in contemporary policing practices and foster positive interactions with community members.

Before joining the ADL, Kelsey graduated with her B.A. in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara and worked as the community and project manager for multiple San Diego mobile app companies. Her personal good fight includes advocating the warm welcome of interfaith Jewish families, fighting for LGBT equality, and chipping away at prejudicial views one tough conversation at a time. She loves yoga, plant-based cooking, and hiking with her husband and dog.
