Mondays (6-Week Session) | August 19 - September 30, 2024 | 11:15 am - 12:15 pm Please note: There is no class held on September 2, 2024 - Labor Day Holiday.

Offering new parents a safe and supportive environment to share their experiences, ask questions, and receive advice on breastfeeding challenges such as latching difficulties, milk supply issues, and feeding patterns. Topics will include pumping, returning to work, starting solid foods, and dealing with mastitis. The goal is to build camaraderie and help new moms feel less isolated. Facilitated by Rotem Or, lactation consultant, graduated from UCSD with an IBCLC certification.

We will gather in our classroom for a quick morning circle, then off to play, explore and get messy! Enjoy gym with our PE Specialist Coach Dru, and finish off our day outside in the smaller preschool playground. Every class will incorporate music and movement, the Jewish holidays will be celebrated, and each day ends with bubbles and stamps..
