Barbara Birenbaum

Barbara has enjoyed teaching in Jewish and secular settings for over 30 years to ensure a positive, enriching experience all around in everything she endeavors. She loves teaching and learning, especially history and all things Jewish, including music and dance; she’s active and creative, open and positive. Israeli Folk Dancing with Barbara encourages balance, brain health, and brings joy through a delightful mix of familiar classic and modern folk music. Currently she teaches Israeli dance "On Your Feet" in Poway on Monday evenings and in Carlsbad on Thursday mornings and "In Your Seat" on Tuesday afternoons on Zoom and Saturdays at Seacrest Village.
