Dustin Biton
Dustin brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit development, community building, and strategic planning. With a proven track record in leadership roles at respected organizations such as the Jewish Federation of Orange County and the Israeli-American Council, Dustin has consistently demonstrated his ability to create meaningful connections and drive impactful initiatives. He has a unique background, having served as an emissary for the Jewish Agency for Israel in Tennessee, where he worked to strengthen Jewish identity and foster community engagement.
In addition, Dustin served in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) as Commander of Recruits in the Logistics Unit, where he honed his leadership skills in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. Following his military service, Dustin took on leadership roles within the Israeli Scouts Movement as Director of Guidance, shaping the next generation of leaders, and later as a Project Manager for the city of Bat Yam, where he focused on community development and program implementation.
Dustin holds a BA in Politics and Public Policy from the Open University of Tel Aviv, where he developed a deep understanding of governmental and societal systems. He also earned a certificate in Social Leadership from Beit Berl College, reinforcing his passion for creating positive social change and empowering individuals to make a difference. With his diverse experience and dedication to fostering connections, Dustin continues to be a key figure in the nonprofit sector, contributing his strategic insight and hands-on expertise to causes that matter most.
