
Ruth Mastron
Ruth Mastron is passionate about bridging cultures through training, coaching, and consulting. Having lived in the U.S., U.K., and France, she works with teams, families, and individuals across industries, including high-tech, hospitality, manufacturing, and education. She helps international schools foster better cross-cultural communication among faculty, students, and parents.
A speaker for organizations like the Alliance Française and the French-American Chamber of Commerce, Ruth trains employees and families relocating abroad and teaches intercultural project teams. She co-authored Au Contraire! Figuring Out the French and Cultural Detective guides.
President of San Diego’s House of Israel, she also volunteers with Sar-El in Israel. She holds a Master’s in Intercultural Relations and has studied at the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication and the Summer Peacebuilding Institute. Ruth lives in Oceanside, CA, with her French husband and bilingual cat.
