Allison Weisman

Allison is an experienced instructor in baking as well as cake decorating. She has been baking for over 50 years and grew up around Jewish bakeries in New York.  Prior to retirement, Allison was the owner of Allison's Custom Confections. She has won awards at the San Diego Cake Show and currently teaches classes at San Diego Oasis in Rancho Bernardo.
