Generations Reading Series - Mamma Mia!

We are welcoming back our Generations show where our young artists get to share the stage with their parents, alumni or family members in a show that you will cherish the rest of your life. This unique opportunity brings families closer and builds confidence and compassion in both parent and child. This reading (no memorization required) is done in a warm, fun and inviting atmosphere; creating a show in less than 2 weeks. Don't worry if it has been a while since you have been on stage, or maybe you have never performed at all, but we got you!

Disney's Moana Jr.

Disney's Moana Jr. is a 60-minute musical adaptation of the original 2016 animated film. This story follows the strong-willed Moana as she sets sail across the Pacific Ocean to save her village and discover the truth about her heritage. Moana and the Legendary demigod, Maui, embark on an epic journey of self-discovery and camaraderie as both learn to harness the power within.

Thin Edge of the Wedge Remembrance Reading

In commemoration of International Holocaust Remembrance Day, JCompany helps share these stories through the transformative power of theatre. This season, our Remembrance Reading features Thin Edge of the Wedge by Phyllis Zimbler Miller - a work rooted in the firsthand accounts of Holocaust survivors and their saviors. Through this compelling piece, we find a deep emotional connection to the past while understanding the urgent importance of protecting democracy. Our young artists will present this story in a staged reading, paying tribute to the resilience of the human spirit and ensuring that the lessons of history are never forgotten.

Something Rotten!: AUDITION FORM COMING SOON

Directed by Erin Petersen 

Set in the 1550's, brothers Nick and Nigel Bottom are desperate to write a hit play but are stuck in the shadow of that Renaissance rock star, known as "The Bard". When a local soothsayer foretells that the future of theatre involves singing, dancing, and acting at the same time, Nick and Nigel set out to write the world's first musical. Amidst the scandalous excitement of opening night, the brothers realize that reaching the top requires being true to thine own self, and all that jazz.
